Obtain the volunteer’s information and authorization through a completed
Authorization and Application. Utilize
Protect My Ministry’s — Ministry Mobilizer for electronic authorization and applications, and volunteer tracking tools, starting at only $149 per year. You can select
Ministry Mobilizer options while signing up your account with
Protect My Ministry. You can choose their standard online ordering system that requires your volunteers to complete paper forms, and then you enter the applicants manually for each background check.

Review the minimum recommendations for a criminal background check in your state using the
online consultation. GuideStone requires that the minimum recommended package for that state be utilized to meet our standards.
